Called her, She said that since MOnday it's been
booting up fine with no problems at all. She can
get on the H drive, check email, etc. It's not
crashing or refusing to boot. Closing ticket.

Chronic problem: while booting, Dell logo appears 
with stripes and then crashes.  Sometimes it 
takes a couple of times to get it to boot 
correctly.  This morning, 1st boot didn't connect 
with network.  Reboot and then connected to 
network, but when she tried to access the H: 
drive, Windows installer window shows up ready to 
install something (unknown something).  Not able 
to get into wou email from this particular 
machine (accessed wou email from home this 
morning.) Feels that the problem is just getting 
worse.
