Hi Paul,
Nathan's laptops, which are used a lot and do not
have deep freeze also had this issue.  I've asked
Nathan to look at the Sophos log on the client, so
that we can determine if the laptop has been
receiving updates.  He may have already contacted
you.  These laptops are all failing Bradford.

Lori called back to add another laptop to this.
They are getting the same message when trying to 
log in to the computer.

'Mash not available' is the message they get. 
These laptops are located behind the checkout 
desk. The message comes up when logging on to the 
computer.
