I called and left a message requesting a time when
he and the laptop will be available.

Helpdesk: When he calls back feel free to arrange
an appointment for him to bring the laptop to our
office anytime after 3pm today. (If he wishes.)

dvd plays, but is not clear whatsoever.

He thinks it's a download issue.

He says he leaves tomorrow for Europe and needs 
this resolved before the end of the day.
