Made the menu bar show in the "printable" window
in email. This fixed the "other problems".

She's still unhappy with the way the font is
displaying in her email. It is a serif'd font and
looks somewhat blocky.

Printing isn't working the same way as it was
before, font size is still an issue. She mostly
needs help getting settings the way she wants them.

She called back and said she is in her office 
till 5p. Otherwise you need to call again to 
schedule another time.

She called back and said that the whole email 
thing is not working out for her. She said that 
Brad worked with her remotely to fix the font 
problem, but now it is back as well as other 
problems. She said that she would like it if 
someone could come in and work with her instead. 

She wanted the font to be smaller in her e-mails.
I told her that we didn't have any settings that
could accomplish that for her.
