A save dialog box for saving is what is on frozen 
on the screen. She was in a word document. The 
student is gone and so she does not know anymore 
info. It says TS client at the top of the save 
box.

She was told to try Alt F4, that didn't work. 
Then she was told to unplug it and plug it back 
it, and that didn't work. She said that comp i s 
located in the library by the Reference desk.
