got it to work with IE

She is getting a message that says 'Browser does 
not support Active X' when she tries to download 
a template for a presentation from Microsoft. 
When she first got it she was using Firefox and 
it suggested that she use Internet Explorer. When 
she tried that it gave her the same message.
