I called and she said that everything on the
computer seems to be functioning. She said she
just wanted to notify us of what happened.

The hoods in the kitchen were cleaned last night 
and a lot of water was splashed onto the keyboard 
and monitor. The water level might have also 
rised significanly enough to get into the PC 
tower. The machine is currently on but they'd 
like to have someone look at it before they use 
it.
