I installed the new version of Windows Defender.
Should be fine now.

The old version of Windows Defender needs to be
uninstalled to stop this. Then install the newer
version of Windows Defender and uninstall that.
This should fix the problem. If he still wants
Windows Defender then you can leave the new one
installed.

This has been happening for around a week. Error 
dialog box pops up after login while the user 
profile is loading.
