Coppied my normal.bat file from this computer to
her local profile. Worked just fine. Closing ticket.

It's trying to save normal.dot which is a template
file no matter what file it is that happens to
have been opened.

The only info I could find on the net about this
problem referenced Nortan Antivirus but the files
referenced there are not on her system. I'm
looking up some more stuff back at the shop. She
can cancel out of her files, but it is annoying.
