Called and asked her if this was still a problem.
She said that the work around she figured out
worked fine for the issue she was having and she
doesn't care about the problem now. 

She said that if this particular situation comes
up again (it's not something she does often) and
becomes a major issue, she'll call in a new ticket.

they found a work around, when using cntrl + p
there is the option to print page ranges, it
doesn't work but when you print current page it
does or print all.
