It was profile based. I backed up all the profiles
to c:\Documents and Settings\Old Profiles. Karen
said that she would have people call and update
the task letting me know that they have logged on
so that I can restore their shortcuts.

I'm keeping the task open until Vicki Meyers calls in.

She gets a message saying 'Internet Explorer 
encountered a problem and had to shut down.'  She 
will print out a screen shot.  If the internet is 
needed, she can use Firefox until this is fixed.
