Couldn't replicate the problem. He said it hasn't
happened again for a few days. He tried printing
the same document that was having the problem
before and it printed fine.

I updated the printer driver just to be on the
safe side. Everything was working fine with that
so I'm closing the ticket. He said he'd call back
in if it started happening again.

Heading over to check it out. He said this is an
intermitant problem and not something that always
happens.

He is trying to print to the laser printer on his 
floor, but it will only print double sided and 
inverted. He indicates that he only wants single 
sided prints, but it does double sided anyway.  
On second side of the paper, the image is upside 
down.
