this printer is going to have to be replaced. I 
called Mike to ask him how he wanted to move 
forward with this.

He said that the ink cartridge was changed 
because it would not print red, but it still will 
not print red. He said that the old ink cart 
leaked out some guke inside the printer too. The 
bookstore closes at 5p
