When using two computers she had a way that 
Outlook would be usuable on both, but now that's 
not the case.  The machine with the WOU# that 
outlook IS working on is:20040563[Edit Inv].  The WOU 
number above is the machine that the Outlook IS 
NOT working on.  Outlook is trying to set up a 
new account.
