Called her, she said she "went through the process
it prompted" and now it's working fine. I had her
log out of her email and try to log in again. The
security certificate didn't pop up again. Treating
this as a hiccup. She'll call back if it reoccurs.

Have attempted to connect to with sundown.wou.edu 
however the security certificate presented 
belongs to www2.wou.edu.  It is possible, though 
unlikely....
