I called and left her a message telling her to try
restarting her computer and give us a call back
with an update on the status. If she says that the
issue is not resolved please get her availability
info.

She saved some folders on her office machine, and 
today when she logged in, they are gone. She said 
she has been noticing that her machine looks 
different (background/desktop items) and was not 
printing yesterday.
