this was due to the servers being down. I called 
her and everything is fine.

Then it told her that the system could not long 
her on. She tried again and now it will let her 
on to her desktop but it will not let her bring 
up email. She will be in her office till 3p. She 
needs to be able to access her email ASAP because 
her life is on it.
