he was having problems with windows defender, he 
also is having an interesting problem with his e-
mail and firefox. It rejects him the first time 
and accepts him the second. He said that it was 
not really a problem for him.

His documents are not showing up either. But his 
drives are there. He cannot get onto He cannot 
get onto Firefox or IE. It is telling him that he 
is not connected to the internet. Someone will be 
in by 8a tomorrow.
