I took a look at her machine and could not find
any problems with Microsoft Word. I left her a
message requesting that she give us a call back to
let us know if it is working, if not, please get
explicit details of the problem.

She has class at 9am, but techs are welcome to 
come in and work on it then.  She turned the 
computer on after shutting down.  Things appear 
ok, but we didn't get into Word just yet.

She cannot access anything in WORD

Called and left another vm for times today and
tomorrow. Ticket 19365 sounds like an
svchost/windows update type error. Check for that
before trying to monkey with Word, the two may be
tied together.

Expect to deal with issue 19365 while you're there.

She couldn't get anywhere in the program, so she 
clicked 'end now'. It gave her a message saying 
that she chose to quit a non responsive program. 
Then she got another message asking if she wanted 
to submit a report. She has been saying no.
