The computer was on the first island of systems
near the color printers in the library.

This was the same issue as in ticket 19568. This
system has the amber light problem and is
currently sitting on my desk. Description has been
updated to show that we need to get a replacement
thin client over there.

He said that they cannot get it to turn back on. 
The thin client is located over by the color 
printers in the Library. You can go to the info 
desk if you need help finding it.
