Because cltr-alt-delete brings up task manager 
for the local machine. I told her that if she 
right-clicks on the startmenu bar in her remote 
desktop window, she can select task manager for 
the terminal server, but she didn't seem to 
understand. She ended up closing out all of the 
other programs and ending the remote connection, 
but I'm not sure if this issue is resolved or 
not.
