called and left a voicemail. I asked him to 
reboot his machine and try logging on again.  If 
this did not work we will have to go over and 
take a look.

He got an error message when he logged on to his 
computer this morning that said 'Windows cannot 
find local profile and is logging you on with a 
temporary profile.'
