Unable to connect to internet on machine in his 
office. I asked him to check the network cable, 
still gave error saying cannot display page.

He was using explorer, I asked him to try another 
browser, error said cannot be found.

He called in earlier today saying when he came 
into his office this morning his computer was 
acting strangely. I advised him to shut down and 
boot up, call back if needed. When he shut down 
he said there were 18 updates, which was more 
than usual.

He doesn't need to be in his office for 
assistance. Today he will be in office until 2:30.
