User called back. She's hearing the noise again. 
She put the phone up near it and I could hear it 
as well. Slightly oscilating hum/grinding noise.

She probably needs a new power supply. Joe's going
to order one.

The computer stopped making the noise. She had 
been discussing, with one of the techs, replacing 
the hard drive and thinks it may now be time to 
do that.

went over to take a look because she was in her 
office. I did not hear any problems. I gave a few 
things for her to look for when it happens and 
she said she would call us back if it happens 
again.

went over, she was out of the office. I just left 
a voicemail.

She will be in until around 2 today. Mike asked 
her to leave the computer off until it gets 
worked on, so that is what she is doing. She is 
kind of stuck without it, though.

This started yesterday. She will be back in her 
office tomorrow at 8a.
