Replaced keyboard. Ticket 19440 was about this
same problem with the same machine. Both tickets
are now closed.

it is a keyboard issue, and would like the 
keyboard to be replaced.

Some people can log in, others can't. The people 
who are unable to log in don't have any problem 
on other computers. Kathy is one of the poeple 
this is happening to, so if there are any 
questions, you can ask her.
