It'll sit for a while.  This stuff is very low on
the priority for me.  I cannot do much with color
anyway, so it's a time sink.  There are people
that I CAN help.

I had Myron place a B&W printer (4100) in it's
place.  There's a sign on it to tell users that
color printing is avialble in other locations.

Linda just called back on this.  No one is 
having any success printing to this printer.  
She wondered if all of the pages that didn't 
print need to be canceled.

User called back about this. Adam changed the 
cyan and yellow. Joan tested it and it was 
working fine, but Linda called Joan today and 
said that it isn't working.

Linda says that this printer has been having 
constant problems and she feels like she has to 
call every week for it.
