She didn't have permissions to the proper
locations. Joe gave her the same permissions Karen
Willis had and that fixed the problem.

It IS still a problem and she has rebooted a
couple times today. Already heading out on ticket
19534 so if someone can look at that today that'd
be awesome.

Scratch that, as I was typing up the email Kevin
called about another ticket and I found out that
Mary is subbing in for Karen Willis while Karen's
out on maternity leave. So that phone number is
correct.

DID NOT EMAIL her. I called and left a vm asking
her to reboot and call in to let us know if the
problem persists.

88461 goes to Karen Willis' voicemail. Also, Mary
Miller doesn't come up in findit. I'm emailing her
asking if she's tried to reboot the machine and
see if that fixes the problem.

Also asked her to call/email us with her phone
number so we can update it. When she gives us this
info please be sure to update it in the helpdesk
software.
