called her. I left a message so hopefully the
issue is taken care of.

Called to find out if there was some problem with
the update installation or if she was unsure if
she should let it install. Asked her to call back
with clarification. If she just needed to know if
she should let it install then the answer is yes
and we can close the tickets if she doesn't have
any problems.

The machine gives the message "Install update 
Adobe Flash player: Install, Remind Me Later, 
Cancel" So, I told her to click "Remind Me Later" 
and that a tech would call and tell whether or 
not she should install it.  Good time to call is 
before noon or on Thursday.
