This is still an issue. The day it was fixed it 
shut down one more time, but she didn't call back 
about it. It has happened a few times since then.

Couldn't reproduce the problem. Did some basic
house-keeping on the machine. I'm going to leave
this ticket on hold in my queue for a week.

If she calls in saying it's still a problem then
reactivate the ticket and assign it to UCS TECH.

She's had the computer restart 3 times.  The last 
time she was using Word, and she reports that she 
has banner open most of the time.
