Finally got a hold of her via telephone. 
Apparently she has yet to have access to her
computer or voicemail, which is why we haven't had
any feedback from her.

she's in so we can try to get this taken care of.

Whoever goes over there needs to be careful to
very nice and polite. It was just a mistake, but
she's been waiting for a month for help and if she
can't get into her computer at all that's a pretty
big problem.

Looks like this ticket was closed on accident. We
still need to go over there and see what's going on.

Depending on the phone questions she has she may
need to contact telecom. Make sure she's not
trying to log onto the local machine and whatnot.
Maybe accountlookup if we can't figure out the
login problem.

Last quarter I requested assistance  to desk line 
88925, but they never came to my office. I am new 
this year and the computer in my office has the 
old password. I also have some questions 
regarding the telephone and other equipment as 
well. Could you please come to my office? My 
office hours are W-F from 10 to 10:50, 334 Todd 
Hall. 

(I reopened this because there was nothing in the 
notes here saying why or how this was fixed and 
Braun is saying that is never was???)

She is usually in from 10 to 10:50 MWF. She 
doesn't have the password to get into the 
computer. She is new, so she has not accessed it 
before, and is having problems using her username 
and password on it. She also said there is a 
problem with the overhead projector in ED 116. I 
already called classroom support about that.
