He wasn't in the HPE group. Joe added him so he
shouldn't have this problem anymore.

I called and left him a message letting him know
that we fixed the problem.

He's getting an access is denied error on the
hpe.vbs script. I'm going to have Joe take a look
at it when he gets back into the office.

This is after logging off and logging back on.  
When the [ok] button is pressed, things work 
fine.  He just want to make sure something bigger 
isn't wrong.

When he is in a Word document, he is unable to 
change the margin on the top or bottom. When he 
puts the cursor over those margins, it shows that 
the margin is 1", but the ruler says 0. It will 
not let him change that.
