I've raised the priority due to user emphasis on
importance of the palm to his routine.

Took a look at it when I was over there delivering
the floppy drive.

I updated the palm with the PALM software update.
His PC has the necessary Windows updates installed
already.

Update seemed to install just fine, but his
calendar is still not synching with the
communications express calendar. He said that he
hasn't had a problem with this in the past.

I wasn't sure what to do beyond installing the
updates. I know Joe and a couple of techs were
talking about this issue before daylight savings
time. Anyone know of a fix?
