She called back and said that this morning when 
she got here, all three of the color printers 
were jammed with the same paper jam. She was able 
to fix all three until later in the day when the 
one got jammed again. She wanted you to know that 
this is an ongoing problem.

Metal arm connected to printer cartidge gets off 
track or disonnected. She says this has been a 
recurring problem.
