Hi Susan,

The steps that are using to address an email will
not work.  To accomplish what you want, please use
the following steps:

1:  Login
2.  click "compose" on the mail tab, this opens a
new blank message
3.  click "to" in the message, this opens the
address book
4. type the name of the group in the "search for" box
5  Check the appropriate box (to, cc or bcc)
6  Click the "add recipients" box

Your message is now address and can be sent.

Correction to last memo
** Unit # 2003

Using sunjava she wants to send a group email. 
She selects the action, and the compose box comes 
up without the group names in the "To:" field.
