Wireless print server couldn't get on the network.
I need to talk to Paul about this tomorrow.

Once we get the part I'll reopen this ticket and
either assign it to another tech or go do the
install myself.

Below email was sent to Mike Ross. We're waiting
on the bookstore notifying us if they're going to
be purchasing the print server device for the
printer or not.

Took it over there. It's set up on her machine and
set as the default printer. Should work fine until
we get the new printesrver.

Joe has put an item on order that is specifically
designed to work with the Dell Printer. It is a
Dell device. This is on hold until that gets here.

Not working. Going to have to get ahold of hawking
tech support and see if we can get it working with
their help.

Tried to set it up, didn't work properly. The
install went just fine but when printjobs are sent
they never print even though the system seems to
believe they've been sent fine.

Worked on it a bit with Joe yesterday. We
eventually installed the printer locally on one
machine so they have it for the time being, but
they said they really don't like having it in that
location and want it networked asap.

Joe's not in yet this morning and I'm not sure
what to do as the next step of troubleshooting so
I'll ask him about it when I'm in this afternoon.
