Pulled printer.  A sign is in place that lets
folks know jobs are redirected to 310.  I've
ordered the 4200/4300 service manual.  Once this
is in then the printer will be repaired and back
in circulation

There's a gear that was being worn down. The
printer is in the tech area and Joe is ordering
the replacement part.

Jobs that are being sent to ITC 311 are being sent
to ITC 310 until the printer is repaired.
