She was saying how every morning while turning on 
her computer the i drive is no where to be found 
utnil re starting her computer and then it is 
there. All usb ports are not working and needs to 
assure parents of something she is working on. 
her ext is 88769 not as shown at top and she is 
in room 119 her down stairs office.
