Then installed al the updates.

The file do transfer. It told him "service error" 
He cannot update software either. It told him the 
update failed. There is a problem with the 
temporary files.  Then he came back to his office 
and he now cannot open up his school mail. He 
double clicked on the icon and nothing happened. 
He restarted his computer and now he gets a 
message that says "login window starting" and it 
is froze on that. He will be gone till Tues 
otherwise you can go to Diana in the main office 
in West House to get a key.  He is hoping that 
someone can do this remotly so he is leaving his 
computer on.
