The FileMaker Pro documents are missing. Alyssa 
wasn't able to say if they were stored on a 
network drive or not, or in what particular 
folder.

This problem has occured before. Alyssa asked for 
Joe but It turns out this is a service request. 
She says Joe resolved an issue like this several 
weeks ago.
