Not sure what hte deal was. Couldn't install the
update on her login, logged in as myself,
installed the update just fine. She logged in and
it worked without a hitch. Closing ticket.

Tried to install it remotely, but it wouldn't open
the dialog box for install. Going to walk over there.

She said this is really more of a personal 
question. She would like to know how to update 
it, because when she clicks on the message, 
nothing happens. I assume she was clicking 
something like 'OK', but didn't ask. She would 
just like a call back.
