Michael Orr	Mar 20, 2007 03:09 PM	**This is an email** Kathy, I talked to Joe and he said that the problem is most likely caused by a glitch in the HP printer driver. As such there's nothing we can really do to fix the problem in the long term. If it becomes a very frequently occuring issues we can try to take some steps but from the way you described it earlier today it sounds like a driver issue. If the issue does start occuring with increased frequency please call in a new helpdesk ticket. Michael Orr	Mar 20, 2007 09:21 AM	In the past (back when I worked at the library) there was a probem with students trying to print poewrpoint or pdf files directly from the web that would cause this problem. This was when they printed directly from the web rather than downloading and saving the file first, then printing from the computer. I'm not sure if this is still an issue or not though.
