He said that it had been awhile since the last 
update. (Hence my ambiguous brief Description)  

He's notice that some standard software is 
missing (IE7, Acrobat Reader, etc..) and he would 
like them replaced with the new versions.

This machine is lacking Adobe Acrobat Reader, 
Flash, Firefox, etc.  He's leaving for a 
conference on Friday morning and needs this 
laptop.

and leave it at UCS.
