Hi, this is Mike from University Computing. I came
over and looked at your monitor today and it
appeared to be functioning properly. I rebooted
several times, logged in and out, browsed the web,
etc and never saw it exhibit any unusual behavior.
I also checked to make sure the cords were secured
properly. Since I was unable to reproduce the
error I'm going to close the helpdesk ticket. If
