things should be up and running now.

I called and told her that Joe is working on it 
and that it might take some time. She said that 
was fine and she would like a call when this is 
up and working again.

It did not work for her so I will call the techs.

She is going to restart the machines to see if 
that helps. She will call back once she has done 
this.

It was working fine this morning and now when she 
clicks on the link it is telling her the drive or 
network conneciton is unavailable. She needs help 
with this ASAP because there are students there 
waiting to take the test.
