called and left a voicemail. I tried connecting 
to his machine remotely hoping that I would be 
able to see what the problem is, but i got a 
winsock error.

He recieves documents from students that he has 
to review and he instructs them to send the 
attachments as .doc's. Several students have 
sent .htm's and he is unable to open them.
