Computer was up and running when I got there. I
logged in and tried to open adaware. System
crashed. Rebooted, ran svchost fixes, ran adaware,
ran windows updates. Everything ran fine and
machine did not crash again for the 40 minutes I
was over there. System did not seem to be running hot.

I'm going to put this ticket On Hold and assign it
to myself. If the user calls back in please assign
to UCS Tech and set to Pending.

The computer would not log anyone on, then it 
crashed and didn't have any icons on the desktop 
when they started it up again. Then, when they 
restarted it again, the internet would do things 
like not go to any web pages.
