It was the new client. Added '@mash' to his
username and he logged in just fine.

He last changed his password back in Januarary. 
This only started happening three weeks ago. He 
has never called in about this until now because 
he has never exceeded 5 attemps until now, and is 
subsequently locked out. He says that when he 
logs into TS5 it takes 2-4 attempts, all followed 
by password incorrect messages.
