Logged in as ADMIN with no problem. Made a new
student user login for him in the software so they
won't be at the mercy of the student workers
anymore. (Note that that's not a computer generic
login but a software login).

Issue resolved.

Looked at the manual. I don't see any instructions
on changing user passwords let alone the
administrator password. I'll try ADMIN/admin and
see if it works.

I have a little bit of info I can add to this
task. First here is were you can find a word
document for IM Track:
T:\IM Track\IMTrack\program files\Recreational
Solutions\IMTrack\IMTrackManual v6.doc also the
deault user id and password that came intially
with this program was ID: ADMIN password: admin
They could have changed this so if it doesn't
work I'm not sure what else will short of
contacting RecSoultions the maker of IMTrack
software

This is an application that campus rec uses for
scheduling. Their student worker that used the
application is the only one who knew the account
password, and he has quit without informing
anyone of it, so it needs to be reset.
