She said that she figured out what she was doing
that was causing the error and since she stopped
doing it the error is gone and her computer is
working just fine. Closing ticket.

and for a call back to either close the ticket or
get times to come by.

Called again. Did NOT leave vm. Her voicemail
mentions that she'll be out of the office through
the 30th, so we're probably not going to hear back
until Monday at the earliest.

turned on computer and logged on. she's not sure
