Advised her to call Tech Resource Center also.  
seh's on medical leave next term and will be 
working from home.  She curious about her modem 
situation and is asking if she needs a router.  I 
know we don't do home systems, but her laptop is 
univerity property (she'll call back w/WOU#) and 
the situation directly involves Univeristy 
employment/work.
